I am an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Brown University and the Dean's Assistant Professor of Nuclear Security and Policy at the Watson School of International and Public Affairs.
I have a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Security Studies Program, and have held fellowships at Stanford University, Dartmouth College, and the Harvard Kennedy School.
I study coercion, nuclear weapons proliferation, nuclear strategy and deterrence, and wargaming and crisis simulations.
